On the Road to Vivian

On the Road to Vivian follows the journey of Helen of Frostyard, a young woman traveling through the Arpeck Mountains in Ageneus to reach the port city of Vivian. Along the way, she encounters a disgraced cleric, and together with a mercenary captain, they must confront a murderous brigand who blocks the road to Vivian. In a remote mountain tavern, the trio must navigate between being the hunter and the hunted. As tensions mount, Helen is forced to confront the question: does she have any control over her destiny, or is her path already predetermined?

Dialectics

American Therapy

AmericanTherapylogo.png

American Therapy responds to the June 13th, 2024, assassination attempt on Donald Trump, which injured multiple people and killed a firefighter. Politics aside, it was a tragedy. I struggled rationalizing the incident in the same way as others, which I believe rigidly divided victims and offenders. Instead, I reframed the event as an act of national self-harm. This perspective shifts the focus from blaming others to asking how anyone can help prevent future violence.

Umbrella in the Rain

umbrellalogo.png

Umbrella in the Rain is a verbal wrestling match between an optimist and a pessimist.  The characters are unnamed to represent that any individual can be one or the other, and it aims to put to words the struggles many face everyday in finding meaning and purpose.

Make 'Em Laugh!

Make ‘Em Laugh! features a unique story, following a group of characters—including Lamb himself, three of his friends, a narrator, and a chess-playing professor—as they embark on a whimsical quest to fulfill the “Ye Olde Prophecy” and retrieve the Long Lost Pitch Pipe of Doc Farrell.
